Devon Blundell scored 50 years (50) and Ish Sodhi took a six-wicket pull (6/65) to help New Zealand to triumph.

Bangladesh was bowled out for 209 in the quest for New Zealand's 295/8.

This was New Zealand's most memorable win over Bangladesh in an ODI beginning around 2019.

The third and last ODI of the series will be played on September 25 in Mirpur.
